Limitation - > 1h to 1h, 2h to 2h, bow to bow etc. If equipping a weapon that does not fit the equipped weapon skin, it will not appear, however will appear upon proper weapon type equipped. Requires the STYLE TAB to be unlocked.
Aux slot will also switch with the weapon if it meets the requirement.
Custom Weapon Skin such as glowing ice, fire, etc. attributes being sold in the cash shop, comes also with custom glows and effects that may not necessarily modify the whole appearance but just special effects to your regular weapon.
Certain weapon skins can add in visual or sound effects when used with certain skills, such as an explosion upon using bash or etc.
Custom weapon pose upon equipping certain weapon skins can be applied, but this only affects actual combat stance and in-game fighting, such as an Iai strike.

I'd rather have Weapon Skins replace Animations as if you'd wear the Weapontype of the Skin while actually holding another weapon
so you'd for e.x have Rapier Animations and Sounds but can use Fireball with it because the actual Weapon is a Fire Wand.
Or have Scythe Animation but can use Meteor Strike as you're actually equipped with a Hermit Staff.
If i want to have a Gladius shown i use a Gladius, there's no reason for me to have a Weapon skin on the same type of Weapon.

I'd rather have a cash item that lets you make one weapon look like another. I don't support the idea of weapon fashion slots at all. If we're talking a style tab update, I'd rather have:

But yea, I posted something like this in my Altam Greatsword/Dagger idea with optional animations. Wouldn't mind seeing something like this, but modified for more detail/ new animations.

Yes. The game has TONS of "cosmetic" weapons with useless combat stats. Being able to actually use their models in combat while having normal reliable equipment underneath would be great.
Also having a dressing room tab to store them. So much wasted space hoarding these things.
As for those "weapon effects", they could be sold as potions, able to be applied to a weapon, overwriting any previous effects. Unique skill particles should stay as title effects (a cosmetic title slot would be great too).
Animations should probably remain locked to weapons as idles are to clothing, but allowing a weapon with one animation to equip over another is fine, such as a rapier over a fanatic using the rapier stance.
