128 path w/R-Type special upgrade

Base (36~48) + Freeze Effect Zone x2 (18) + R5~R6 (24~30) + Icebound ES (8) + Frozen Blast Angle Reforge (1~20)
You would have a freeze angle of 90 degrees out of a maximum of 128 degrees.

Frozen Blast is pretty unreliable. You can opt for the radius upgrades if you want but use S-Type upgrades instead and slap the Icebound ES on a hurricane. This will bring a maxed out Frozen Wave (~100% accuracy) to around 45~50 seconds.

The gospel cylinder is pretty terrible. The most important alchemy statistic is generally your elemental affinity, of which it grants zero bonuses. If you wanted to use it for some reason, full alchemic damage upgrades w/R-Type.

They're all pretty lackluster. You can rule out the critical upgrades right off the bat. Same applies to magic defense/protection, they won't make a difference at levels that low.

You can either invest in stamina reduction, which would help offset Spell Walk and alchemy skill use or you can invest in passive defense. You'll probably want the melee auto-defense regardless.

I already have icebound on the hurricane and upgraded it for range already. I hope those 2 seconds don't matter so much then.
I wanted to get range instead of time since I can usually wipe out the room within ~30 seconds or however long and I figured range would let me frozen blast without needing the elemental wave up.

I went with Melee Auto-Defense x1, Magic Auto-Defense x2.

The artisan is decent but alchemy hits its stat cap so easily that it might end up being wasted.

Artisan is nice for the crit if you are in need of it.

Also doesn't hurt to be closer to 1500 of stats at lower levels/different active talents or without caters.
