What... There's NAMED planets outside our solar system?
The last thing I've heard in astrology is that Pluto is no longer a planet or something.
Astrology and astronomy are two different thing, to be more exact... Astrology are more related with psychology but it still have some bond with science though.
Pluto is a dwarf planet, but it still have the major influence so it is still a planet in astrology's perspective.
As for the named planets... Yes we do have it in our solar system along with some asteroids (which are still a planet).
Let's see... We have...
Ceres, Vesta, Juno, and Pallas high are found in between Mars and Jupiter most of the times.

And then, we have Chiron which is seen mostly orbiting between Saturn and Uranus.

Then we have Eris, Makemake, and Haumes which is after Pluto.

Now we have Sedna... Which is currently close to us right now but it's the farthest known planet in our solar system right now, I think.

People already discovered few e'solar systems' that may have planets where more living things inhabit in, such as Centaurus system.
But yeah, it's not only the sun that cause some climate changes to earth but all planets does.
I believe some of you guys already know that changes of tide are caused by moon and so on.
