Same as the previous Cerberus stuff, but here it defines a negative value per ranks. Had to put it in parenthesis for the wiki table format to take it.

23044: Python Stone Long Range Attack (None)
Called "Indirect" internally. The descriptions definitely support the N/F/E/D used for difficulty here... but it has another set starting at C. Preparations for a "Hardmode" version of shadow missions, perhaps? Also this actually has "training" laid out, but it just pulls in the "learn through other books or people" placeholder (instead of literally nothing like most of these others).

Morryhorry's teleportation skill from that god RP. Looks like somebody logged it and implemented it too. Has info on the wiki, but what's interesting is there's only two ranks... N and 1. This is the first time I've seen a skill skip ranks.

It's using the Assault Slash name, but the Fusion Bolt icon and IceLightning name internally. Nothing exists for it past N and N is full of 0s for things, and the description seems to be a really old one for Lightning Bolt, so this looks like the dummy skill for old-style bolt fusion. Stats are 1/10/7 at N and Idunno' what those are.

No, it's not puppet's snare at all. There's no green thread but white yarn. It is likely to confuse it with Puppet's Snare though.

"Race_Windmill" internally, appears to be a bugged copy of the base Windmill but with a steadily-increasing radius of half the normal skill.

45004-45006 (x)Disposable (Demigod)
Copies of the three first demigod skills marked as Disposable, most likely temporary gen copies, nothing interesting other than the facts that only N, C, 9, and 6 exist, so there's more rank skipping here.

[size="5"]- "Hidden/Action" Skills[/size]
Oh boy, here we go. This category is where all the hidden "skills" show up that tie into other skills, actions, or item usages. Most of these skills have the placeholder description "Not usable in the current state" and the placeholder training tip "No action can be performed under this state", as well as no ranks past N and no stats other than the time the skill takes and the MP/stamina it takes to use. Thus I will only be noting aspects if they differ from the standard. Also note that the Demigod tab was the "hidden skill" tab before it got repurposed, but most hidden skills still show up there.

50001: Hidden Enchant (Demigod)
Not sure what this is for, probably for controlling the actual action/mechanic back when stuff was simpler? Don't feel like switching to NA and logging.

Looks like a skill for either the wings, or a planned item renamed or changed. The description mentions using a "Town Scroll", was probably changed when the team caught the goddess fetish. Srsly it's goddess everything in this game.

"ItemScan" internally. No icon, no hints or details or stats. Perhaps some planned FF-like scan/detail ability for alchemy that was then scrapped? Would be nice to be able to get monster stats and weaknesses/resistances reliably. Idunno' how the lore would have gone on this one though. "Alchemically construct a pocket one-use x-ray machine!" Then again I'm only going off of the name.

It is not Puppet's snare, but it does function almost exactly like Puppet's Snare... Just replace the green strings into white.

I doubt it, it's in the "alchemy" section for skills as far as internal IDs go.

The "demigod" tab was actually the "hidden skills" tab before they repurposed it... for whatever reason. Still not sure why they didn't just make a new tab instead of recycling, it's easy even for client modders to change which tabs skills show up in and changing tab properties is a client thing Devcat could do.
