OK so my question is will dual gun mastery effect your damage output for shooting rush? I have looked all around and I don't see anything on the net about it . I'm assuming it's like combat mastery and smash combat mastery is for reg attacks and shooting rush is like a smash that you get a % for damage. Can anyone shed some light on this for me

Dual gun mastery (and all other masteries) add max damage to your character, and max damage is the stat that is used by skill damage multipliers.

For example, shooting rush is 400% of your damage. Your max damage can be for example, 700 with no dual gun mastery or 730 with dual gun mastery. 400% of 730 is more damage than 400% of 700.
