  Probably exactly what it is. A dye ampoule that is specifically used for the wings of Tuan. Pretty much it's an excuse to try and make more money.

  I have the Tuan's Wings..
  
  The nice thing about Direct Dye Ampoule is that you only can get one color in the dye minigame, so you basically can get any color you want on both part of the wings.
