  Everything. Crossovers aren't supposed to match the storyline of the anime. It simply uses the characters from it to sell you stuff and maybe have a few fun missions such as beat up Gilgamesh with Servants or do Board Games with Saber/Archer/Gilgamesh.
  
  Also there is no Kirei in this crossover for w/e reason.

  Not really. I mean the dungeon scenarios weren't even close to the anime. There was a general concept but I wouldn't say it went even too deep.

  Oh so Japan has Fate Stay Night now huh? Well that still doesn't mean jack crud for NA as KR and JP both got FMA while NA got the shaft. That one shaft ruined so many hopes :(

  That only happened because crossovers in NA was still a longshot. iirc, Funimation or whoever owns FMA in NA is a very stubborn company. If I remember, It was not aired on Toonami, but rather during Adult Swim CN, and this was pre-toonami's down period. The reason why we still wont get it is because unless FMA gets a reboot in NA, There's nothing for it.
