So before the weekly freebirth changes, when you used a character card to rebirth the NPC would give you a fixed color dye. Most would be static, but some would be flashy. You'd get to see up to 10 dyes, blah blah blah.

The rebirth NPCs actually gave and took away invisible keywords (all of them using Tin_ColorAmpul_1 through Tin_ColorAmpul_9) to keep track of which dye amp they gave you so you couldn't get infinite choices. The available dye pools, however, were different between the rebirth NPCs. So here's the info on the dye pools, for people who are still curious.
