Decided to go fudge it after my good laptop experience and upgraded my main desktop and went smooth for the most part. It did need to reinstall my graphics card driver so that it would work properly but it did that all on it's own and it just needed a reboot from me.

Sticking with windows 10, I like the leaner windows, it gives me an extra 2-3 inches of Mabinogi xD

After attempting a manual upgrade, I finally know what the problem was. The partition that needs to be reserved that should be 350mb was just 100mb because the size gets reduces using the Samsung Data Migration Software. That'll be fixed in no time. Would've been nice to find out earlier though...

uninstallling that and everything works doesnt even take 22 years to boot up anymore
