they are indeed teleporting, i saw them too, they also weild knuckle +2Handed weapon in case you didnt see

A two-hander is only one-handed for giants.

I noticed one of these near where I usually train outside of Filia.
Oddly enough, the bot was using a title, unlike most bots I've seen (Explorer of Zardine iirc).
