Refined reforge!?

  So for those of you who don't already know, there is a limited time fine reforge kit that you can buy from the cash shop. It cost the same as a regular fine would but has a different name and description.

  Since I didn't see another post relating to this, I thought it would be helpful if people could post their luck with these tools. I will be looking to buy a 35 pack later tonight and I will post my results.
  
  on a side note; it sounds as if you have a higher chance at ranking up an item if it's already R2 but that could be just be a misunderstanding due to the vague description.

  R1 isn't exactly hard to get. I get it on nearly everything just trying to get a normal reforge get me something that isn't crap in terms of effect

  r1 isn't hard to get if you buy pre-reforged, but most people will have to use at least 2 or 3 stacks of 35 reforges to go from r2 to r1. I've gone through over 15 stacks of 35 on a single item and it never ranked up from r2.
  
  That said, these reforges are a scam. 100+ of them on one item and it's still r2.

  Meh, RNG is RNG. It might be a higher chance, but everyone understands the RNG that is Nexon.

  If they're like amazing reforge, it probably just makes the chance from ~1.5% to ~2.25%.

  If you're already at r1, this thing has like a 50% chance to do a cutscene for the single guaranteed 18+ stat (or whatever the specifics of it are).
  
  Now if only that maxed stat were the correct one...

  7 R1 rank ups in 2 stacks of 35.
  I find it harder to get from R3 to R2 most of the time.

  I'm almost fairly certain the desc is copied or adapted from the amazing reforge.
  That being said, this is a meh reforge for rankups. Its far stronger for extremely good reforges. A friend of mine was getting max reforges left and right. LC20/Blaze 20 at the same time. I managed to grow a two ton pair and reforge over my firebolt 20/fireball 13 ego, and got this with the first reforge luck I have:

  It seems to be a reforge for doubles junkies. That being said, it still doesn't protect you from devil cat RNG.

  They'd probably be worth it, because let's face, any improvement on the RNG is still an improvement.
