Who do you think the good guys are in this scenario? If you think Humans you'd be wrong.
I've seen the movie. You'd had to miss it to not know the good guys in that scenario.

That's true, I guess the Black Heaven could get destroyed in an instant if you gather a bunch of mages and have them use Meteor at the same time.
Deploy impenetrable barrier of technology!

You people worrying about black heaven. . . Has it ever even occurred to you that this might be the perfect opportunity to open the portal of truth and consume god?! Eff aton cimeni and the transcendents then! We can be a perfect being!

Ruairi was a foolish human worrying about saving the life of someone he cared about and dared open the portal of truth because of it. He deserved to not have an arm and worse far before he became a candidate for sacrifice!

Have they dropped any other hints at g20 as of late? And does anything connect to the lore that is mythology with this gate? ;o

Nothing further at this time. As for being connected to mythology, Devcat could be inventing their own mythology at this point with this new god who we haven't even met.
I really hope that G20 fills us in on the name of the new God instead of being all there's a new god turning people into monsters herr derr.

I stated in my previous post that I'm looking forward to G20... And like Kapra said, I also hope they don't use the gate thingy as a mission-only location like they did for Nemeton in Saga 2. Quite a shame about Nemeton too because it have lot of potential to be useful in game.
Otherwise, it was already known in Nexon forums and for some reasons... Some people were predicting an Assassin or Necromancer talent to come out as well.

I wonder, is there any god in the celtic myth that has yet to be mentioned/appeared in Mabi?

... I wish people would drop that already. The closest thing we have to assassins is ninja and that would just be redundant and maybe make more KR players quit.

I'm hoping we see some Christian mythology based around this new "god" that G19 seemed to introduce. I don't quite remember all of it, seeing as G19 was released in NA a while ago, but me and a friend started tossing ideas back and forth with each other, and effectively we were able to put together based on the hierarchy of followers of this god, the powers involved with said god, and other various bits of detail that the "god" invading Erinn and creating the Girgashiy is likely of Christian origin. However, we found that the "god" that is invading us couldn't have been the actual Christian god, and with a bit more figuring we were able to deduce that we're probably being attacked by Lucifer. It seems as though Lucifer in this case kept a lot of his angelic roots, but also has gained demonic power as he did in normal Christian mythology, making Girgashiy's grotesque "Holy-Monstrosity" form make a lot of sense.
Basically I'm spewing stuff that I theorized without actually stating what made me think that, but regardless of me not putting down the essay's-worth of writing to prove what I'm saying, I'm hoping we get Priest, Angel, and Archangel tier bossfights soon from this Crusader content.

I would love to see this new god so we can kick it's ass or seal it up with that other pathetic king of gods! ;D and like zeo has said i to hope they don't use the gate as a mission-only location that would suck theres alot of places that have so much potential that dev cat doesn't touch (like the old dungeons perhaps and shadow missions ;D)

Whats scary is that this is a likely tangent. g18 uses a few mythos from a christianized celtic lorebook. In particular the story with Treasure Hunter's parents and the cessairs.

Final Boss of G22 is gonna be Lucifer himself after we fuse the Brionac with the Sword of Archangel Michael to create a new Spear of Divine Wrath so we can actually damage him.
Or some other BS.

I'm kind of hoping the more we progress into this storyline, the more ambiguous the sides would be and the more you begin to question whether you're against or for this god. Rather than the god being a cliche bad guy that we definitely want to seal away and/or kill. Even so, I'm not so sure I want this god to be gone after this story arc is over. I think we do need new gods in the game and not them to rehash morryhorry and the others again.

LF>Amoracchius, Esperacchius, and Fidelacchius
Also I want them to confirm this new storyline is actually going to be called G20. There is no evidence so far that it is G20. The previous mainstream was confirmed to be G19, but neither Saga 1 or Saga 2/Drama 1 or Drama 2 were G18. There WAS a G17
update but no G17
storyline.
