Website for prechoosing/downloading programs for a quick set up of newly installed OS

So I had to reinstall Windows 10 right now because of some WDF violation which rendered W10 and system restore unusable. My dad's PC's aging PSU conveniently stopped working and produced a burnt smell when I tried to use that instead.

I know there was this site where you could conveniently choose a packet of programs for important tools to download and store them together for a quick setup. I'm pretty sure I found out about this page here so this is where I'm asking for it. Anyone remember it?
