Hi there! I have been having a bit of an issue with getting the mission "Creating Harmonies with Empty Bottles"
I talk to Granites AND Zeder, and each of them say the same thing, that I have already gotten the quest from them. I've checked and there are no new tabs or anything. They just won't give me the quest.
Anyone know if there is a glitch or hidden prerequisite for getting the mission? The only music related quest I have is Vivace, and I doubt that's interfering.

If the NPCs claim you have the quests but it's not in your quest log, submit a ticket.
Make sure to check tabs that aren't visible initially (the arrow to the right of the tabs) if you have too many quest tabs.

Do you have another quest involving trying to get a skill? Delete or complete that first before trying to get Musical Knowledge quest.
