How do you get the "First Encounter" quest to start getting ninja skills? I talked to Hagi and he basically says nothing. I have a shuriken and leveled it passed learn for the skill that comes with it. Please does anyone know...or know if you can even access the Ninja quests or skills anymore?

The first quest of the chain is called "Shadow of Suspicion", after equipping a shuriken. Start from there.
