To do something about the moved threads.

  I get quite annoyed seeing all the threads that get moved into other thread be cluttered where they originally came from.
  
  Is there a way so the system or so can detect if the thread is moved and disappear in in first section like what they did with Nexon forums? Nexon forums did it so if a do moved a thread into different section, it'll stay in the older section for a certain time limit then that notification get deleted (the thread will be in the new section) so it is not deleted completely. I just want the notifications deleted in the older sections.
  
  Maybe it's possible if Osayidan do the similar thing but make it so the 'Moved Thread' get automatically deleted in the old section after exactly three hours?

  While I haven't experienced issues with that myself, it's a good time to mention something related. Some forums have a sub-section (or a single thread if they're small) where moderators report their activity, i.e. moved/deleted posts, banned users and so on. I think it's a great way to avoid confusion.

  In this case it's just people forgetting to put temporary instead of permanent redirectors for the moved threads.

  I only said that I want it removed from the original section where thread was first made if it got moved into different section automatically after a certain time period.

  Your first post was a bit confusing sorry I read it too and it sounded like you wanted all moved threads to be deleted after one hour. Maybe make it a bit more understandable some people who will come here with even worse English then mine might get beyond confused.

  As Osay mentioned, this is just a case of mods forgetting to leave temp redirects instead of permanent ones or leaving redirects that last too long. I usually don't even bother with a redirect but even that can be a bad thing.
