I didn't know that.
Curious that Arrow Revolver gets the greatest benefit from both reforges and combo cards.

I was on the fence about this change, but I likw it. I have worked around the use of Fantastic Chorus by using Harvest song instead, so I don't send Enduring into Cooldown after canceling it.
Its a neat change, but my question is:
Did they(DevCat/Nexon) put this change in any patch notes? Or are we left to speculate whether or not this is a change or accident?

NA rarely puts out patch notes.
KR puts out patch notes, but knowing which KR engine updates reached NA at which time is hard to figure out, and KR's explanations are pretty generic "Fixed an issue with X" to begin with most of the time.
