There should be thunderstorm in Rano right now, although the forecast might be off sometimes (usually by ~30 minutes, so checking both earlier and later is a good idea). And keep in mind that in happens only once per real life day.

You can also just get the sketch itself off of other people, it's about ~50k or so in Dunbarton last I checked.
