I love Dreaming. Lucid Dreaming. Anything to do with dreaming really. is anyone else really into Dreaming and have fun experiences to share? I have so many I don't even know where to begin. over the course of 5 years I've gained a decent yet beginner amount of control over my Dreams and enjoy riding through Dreams every night tho half Lucid, I don't control the whole thing but I have a choice in most matters. I've been able to set my hands on fire and pull a sword from the palm of my hand, I've mastered flight but that's pretty much the FIRST thing you learn and master when dreaming....or i'd at least hope so because god is it the most fucking wonderful feeling in the world.

I've started my journey into LDing 8 years ago, I love dreaming! I can LD more than once a day if I put my mind into it. And recall from 5 to 10 dreams a night. I think making the most of sleeping (which takes a good chunk of our life!) is a great thing to do, and dreams can be crazy interesting, and LDing is wonderful, the choices and possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

I remember about 3-5 unless i decide to just wake up and go play video games right away. at first I would only attempt WILD and try to control my dreams completely but I've found it not only a better experience and easier learning process to just go along with the dream if I do become lucid along with just sticking to WBTB, tho going through WILD into a dream is one hell of an experience. Now it's at the point where I'll know I'm in a dream but I won't exactly go lucid, I'll just do something to change what's happening. I love Dungeons and Dragons type dreams, tho my imagination likes to be a dick and think about "being fair" cause trying to block a dragon bite with a shield ended in being crushed in his mouth and having all his bottom teeth impale the back of my neck, down the right side of my back and both legs. I had a dream last night where I was fighting an old Chinese style snow dragon with this really shitty wooden spear.

Even when I do have lucid dreams to the degree of receiving full sensory input, I don't realize that I'm dreaming, and everything plays out without me making conscious choices. Every time that I do get to the point of realizing that I'm dreaming and can make my own choices, I instantly wake up.
If you want, I could retell the first-person-perspective stories of the finales for g2, g8, g10 and g11. I loved those dreams, and I always remember a lot of the details from them.

Oh , then that means almost all my dreams is lucid but I rarely have any crazy scenarios and because of it I never have nightmares because it's like fuck dis thing I'm dreaming or something

I do enjoy lucid dreaming. Through so far I still haven`t figured out how to trigger them, I did test a few things out while lucid dreaming. Some of my first test was testing the degree that reality is simulated. As far as I tested I could properly tell colors, distance, texture, solidity. I still need to properly test sound, taste, smell. Other test involved trying to remain sleeping as I tend to wake up soon after reaching lucidity which is quite a shame.

just keep at it and soon you'll be able to stay in after going lucid, it can be kinda hard to retain focus at first because once you realize it your brain kind gets the idea and decides to abort mission. usually clocks and text will change or be wacky if you take a double take and you'll always have a hard time seeing yourself in mirrors, your reflection will be confusing because you never really do look at yourself. I find wearing something or just putting a letter on your hand is a good way to go lucid, through the normal day when you see it do a reality check, I try to push my finger through the palm of my hand. once you do it any time you notice what's on your hand, you'll end up trying it in your dream because it's a normal habit then once you see your finger is through the back of your hand it kinda hits you.

The only time I remember my dreams are when they are something extremely weird. I might remember a normal dream like, once or twice a year. For example, the last dream I remember having a cute guy broke into the house to rob it, so I knocked him out and chained him up in the basement to be kept as my slave for adult-oriented-activities. Once he was trained properly he was allowed to come into the main house and sleep at the foot of my bed where he belonged. Luckily by the time the police came looking for him he was trained well enough to tell them that he came here of his own free will and I did nothing wrong, so I didn't get in any trouble. Then we started planning a murder and I woke up.
I never lucid dream because that shit's too complicated to learn. Whenever I try to follow the steps they give to do it I just end up being awake all night because I can't fall asleep while actively thinking about things.

That trick probably wont work. For most of my dreams, my current memories are locked away and the dream give me a false set of memories to fit the setting of the dream. It is very rare that my RL habits show up in dreams like those. Also for unknown reason I am actually able to read in dreams. Clocks are a little iffy with seconds not being exactly seconds but in general the few clocks I remember seeing seem to be working mostly fine in general. There is one thing that is hard to do in dream is running. For some reason whenver I need to run in dreams, my legs get super heavy quickly and just moving forward with the intention of running become an exausting effort. Through most of the time I still don`t notice that this is not normal(It did happen a few times through that I became lucid because I found contradiction in that through)

That sounds really annoying, all I can think of then is to try running every now and again to cement that idea in your sub-conscious. Trying to get over the whole body tensing up thing sucks, It use too happen to me a lot if I had to run away or throw a punch. My muscles contract and I get incredibly slow, sluggish and weak. I found flying away easier at first since it's the first thing i'd always do when going lucid till I've more or less mastered it (Still have trouble carrying people in my dreams, get weighed down and slowly fall back down to the ground).

I also can't remember most of my dreams. When I do remember my dream, it tends to have something to do with the people I'm currently working with in my life and usually revolves around work.

I also have the oddest, most spectacular dreams when i do remember them, when i was younger, i had a wild imagination, but that dwindled down when certain things happened.
