  The problem is it looks like drama is starting in the thread and Nexon won't read something with "so what are you saying" ">_>" they only will read professional feedback... so I suggest posting a long post about why you feel its right and for people to do the same.

  Well you are dealing with a company not a smaller one you have to remember Nexon is one of the leading companies in MMOs that have no time to read threads unless it becomes popular and also has good replies, if you start arguing in it you might just forget bothering with it. You should also go on a chat with a Nexon GM and tell them your suggestion.

  But we're not arguing in it, you're the only person claiming that there's any argument even going on there.
  
  And I'm pretty sure using emojis doesn't have too much to do with whether Nexon reads a thread or not unless the entire thing is poorly written or littered with them, plus the opening post doesn't have any emojis whatsoever.
  
  Also, your example post is a misconception. JP players do not get housing with free service. That's exactly the reason why I said I completely didn't understand what Dealer was saying and stated what I thought she meant -- which is that it sounds like they have housing without needing to pay for prem -- so that she could clarify on it.
  
  The only thing I'm asking for is to update our current housing/service system for housing to what JP/KR has. The details on it, I don't really know, I'm only aware of the general gist of it.

  Well welcome to the Mabinogi Europe scenario, I guess you are new here. I was in Mabinogi Europe and we begged for the things you get and we didn't get them and I have to tell you now... this won't make a difference anyway your best bet is go to the GM chat since they are humans and will put it in suggestions if many people go there they will listen. I know because I chat to them more than once. But yknow Europe suffered and NA isn't Asia so it won't get the best stuff anyway feel lucky you even get updates.. As I said try talking and telling a GM. If you can't do that then you might aswell give up since they are humans that will pass stuff to the team, if everyone used the forums for these things on each game I can say that Nexon wouldn't have tickets anymore.

Talk to them and tell them your idea they will note it down and push it down, now if many people will do this you will get more chance of getting that housing thing you want.   He said I should submit a ticket but also talked about it with me and when I said the update is from 2009 he said that this problem should be taken into account, and that speaking to him definetly will raise more awarness. So here you go, now feel free to flame my head of even after I just made your idea go to the game team.

  Where in this thread have I flamed you? I simply asked you not to post if you're not going to post anything relevant. I get that you can post wherever you want, but I am politely asking you to stop making irrelevant posts. All you needed to say was that you might have a better chance by asking the GMs directly through live chat. There's no need for snide comments like "I guess you must be new here" and "feel lucky you even get updates." This isn't Mabi EU, and unfortunately, I work when Nexon works Mon-Fri 9-6, so I'm not able to take this to their live chat.
  
  And KR definitely did not get the update since 2009, I wish you would get your facts straight before taking a topic directly to a GM in live chat -- nowhere did I say that KR has had this update since 2009.

  1 - A detailed explanation of the problem and request.
  2 - Enough of their player base complaining at once that it generates bad publicity and becomes an issue.
