I've been having this problem for a week or two now- I'm playing the game as usual then suddenly everything stops and after 30 or so seconds I've been disconnected! This REALLY SUCKS when I'm doing a part-time job or an instance!
I've been checking up on my internet connection and my service provider and I'm pretty confident I'm not having internet problems outside of Mabinogi.
Can someone suggest a course of action to fix this- preferably not involving linking me to a large page with 100 different things to try on it?
Thanks, ahead of time.

- In your start/globe menu, type in "CMD" and press Enter.
- In the black box that comes up, type this with no quotes, and press enter. "cd desktop".
- Then in the black box, type this with no quotes and press enter. "ping -t google.com > ping.txt". It won't appear to do anything, just let it sit around.
- Go into the game and play around until you disconnect.
- Once you do go back to the black box and press CTRL+C.
- Type "exit" with no quotes and press enter to close the black box.
- You should have ping.txt on your desktop. Copy it's contents onto a site like http://pastebin.com/ and link us.

tbh, it was kind of silly to capture it in a file and upload. I was going to tell you to just keep the ping going in the background so you could see the numbers move beside your Mabi window, but I forgot. :( When they stop moving, you know you probably have an issue with your local network or ISP connection.
That said, your output basically shows that the issue is not with Mabi. Either you're using wifi and the signal became unstable for a bit, or your ISP connection had a hiccup.

Same conclusion I arrived at. Going to look into this more.
Thanks for your assistance!

Having it in a file for us to see can show us things like jitter, but yeah that looks like a straight-up connection drop.
