Hi. I`m OMJ, KR modder making texure packs.
In brief, I got a message from a NA modder say that a mean guy sells my & vee`s MODs to others.
He tried it on the 'Mabihub', a facebook mabinogi forum and now the post was deleted by admin. (as my request)
But there are already couples of customer(If it should be called so).. in which i have worries and concerns.
Seriously, as you know, modding is illegal. So there is no logical basis to punish him or to compensate customers.

After contact with him,
I got a excuses that he just intended to sell his own 'enb&sfx settings' and there were some confuses.
well, it seems to be reasonable in a way.
(There are some modders selling their own MODs, like skyrim.)

Still there is some doubtful part, but when I chatted with him, I would like to think he says true so I believed him.
But as I noticed a snapshot, i found he was lying.

I can`t bring it here(mabination bans the links..T_T).
The passage 'its included' in the snapshot makes all things simple. He sells mine&vee`s on purpose.
It seems that he stops selling now, but even if he restarts that, i can`t stop it.

What I wanna say and the only thing I can do in this situation is just spread&ad my MODs.
I`ll create facebook page and twitter account for my MODs, and wake my skype account, ASAP.
As my MODs get popular, it helps to reduce such scam.
Remember, there must be no profit with making MODs in mabinogi- this is my personal opinion, but i wish you guys have same thinking.
If you see such that shameless bahavior at anytime, anywhere, don`t hesitate to report me.

Finally, I`d like to say endless thanks for NA users related to this case.

I actually noticed this lmao.

There were a lot of people using your mods (distributed by certain person not related to popular modpacks as far as I know) recently and they all seemed to have really interesting thoughts on the origin of said mods and some mentioned that they were even being sold. I was like "lol you can just download that from vee or omj without the bootleg chinese knock-off additions" but ok.

Thank you very much for all of your hard works, and I strongly believe devCat should hire you lol.

It is shameful that there are always thieves who tries to steal others works, and unfortunately the best way is really to tell everyone who the real author is. Maybe you should try to add a small watermark somewhere during login phase saying things like this mod is free to use and provide your name and link to your page, if that would work?

It looked like the person in concern would continue selling the "mods" privately via Skype.
But I doubt you can stop him from doing that. Well, nothing we can do anyway... He's almost comparable to a trash.

Been a modder myself for over 6 years, I know how it feels when someone not only steals but sells your mods.
I can't believe I trusted a guy like that and helped him make profits off my and fellow modders' work, it's really sad.
