I have no clue who he is. And he is spouting lies like crazy, if anyone else in this entire forum can point out absolutely explicitly where I said I claim a work that is not mine I would absolutely love to see it. If not, then sit down you included delight. Me sharing a song on my own site from MONTHS ago when I first got the site going for testing purposes is not stealing and claiming it as my own you looney bin.
In order for your claim to be even valid at all you now need to go through all 1,980 plus submissions on our site and please point out anyone that is a liar and claiming a work. Even though if you look at my submission it is a share, no where does it explicitly say I made this.
It was shared under my username that does not mean I claim ownership please learn how the site works first. No one is even siding with you at all and you don't even have an actual case against me.
I'm reporting this thread you are literally harassing me at this point. I'm requesting a forum mute for you.
Edit: So he can't point me in a bad light ill just share, he also started spouting his non-sense on MabiBeats forums, and the database commenting system. He has had indefinite restrictions placed on his acc, and all his comments and posts require approval. He was not banned, he can still browse to his hearts content.

Having 1,980 plus submissions from your database is NOT a valid excuse for you to plagiarize others work.
You post works not belonging to you, without giving any credit, nor even mentioning it is NOT from you. That implies you are claiming it is your own work. You should know how plagiarism works right? If it is shared under your user name, you are the one responsible for all the consequences.
Also, I do not understand why you kept mentioning "I do not know this guy", since this statement has nothing to do with your plagiarism.
I am not the one out of control. You are advertising your site, but I point out that your site (including you) use others' works, without giving proper credits, which could mislead people into believing you guys did all the works. I do not think it breaks any rules.

I have posted two replies, the first one links to the original MML source and stating that he copied the instruments wrong.
Then I received a reply saying that MabiBeats will not remove the MML, because there is still a chance the MML is from MabiMML.co, not from MabiFWS, the Taiwanese MML site.
So I replied, I ear witnessed how that MML was created by my friend, measure by measure, on voice chat. I also helped on some minor editings. I also linked YouTube channel, showing her making anime MMLs with similar styles back in 2010.
I do not know if any points mentioned above are nonsense.
Seriously, I do not think I am the one out of control here.

The reason why i question you, and assume you are a complete troll with a language barrier is because there are literally at least 3 other sites you could go after who share music that is not theirs. Including some of the foreign sites, and yet you want to come after me for not having a required field for explicit credits.
Or come after me, because i did not explicitly say "i did not make this" that's not how this works, it is implied you did not make it unless your leaving a comment implying you did make it in the author section. Mabi has been around for years, everyone knows most music share sites, are just how it sounds. Shares of old MML's or from foreign places where normal people can't read the site. You are basically slapping all these users in the face by assuming they are to dumb to know how this works. Almost everyone in these communities are old mabi players, were not new to music sharing sites or how it works.
I have barely posted any music on my own site, and the ones that were posted were testing songs, and i did not claim to make them any where in the posting, i only shared them.
There is literally zero consequences here for anyone involved, and none of this even matters, i have explained it to you numerous times and you just can't understand how this works and that is fine. I am finished discussing this with you, please feel free to continue whining to whoever will listen but i doubt it will be very many.
As i had mentioned before in the other topic you started harassing me in, please go make your own music site with all your rules and restrictions in place and run that site exactly how you want. Nothing you say, or do will change anything here and it doesn't matter because no one has done anything wrong in the first place including myself, there is nothing to change.
If you would read through our site, you will see in the past that we have caught people claiming works as their own, when it was not. As in they actually said in the author comments, or implied that they made it and we found out they did not. And we took care of it, we actually do care about the music composers who submit to our community and do what we can to help them. We are not as sinister as you are attempting to make us be.

I am no moderator just a member, I can see you're angry at eachother and as a member can I kindly ask you to do this over PM? I cannot judge who is right and wrong and I won't be putting anything on anyone so please don't accuse me of anything. I have no side in this I do not even understand the situation fully and will not assume. I just hope you could put this into PM since I bet for many people this is a big incovience before the moderators see this. If they blocked the thread before it must mean they would like you to sort it out in PM so please do that.

Well paying attention to the fact that you have wanted to lock the thread and he has come and done the thread again I can see it isn't your fault. I think he should be banned/muted because this is causing a lot of problems for members since we are all here to have fun.
If the truth is that he was claiming you're stealing work just by posting it on your website that would be a wrong accusation since as I understand sharing things is not close to stealing etc. and if you made it yourself... things can be similiar and it doesn't mean you stole it.
PS: If he wanted you to get more unpopular he kind of failed since I just googled your website and I looked for a website like that for a long time.

Not at all. Remember, your friend shared it himself on another website before unless you're implying that Yasuno hacked your friend's computer or something. It's more like if your friend put the food outside on a table, said "I cooked this. Enjoy everyone!" and later on Yasuno got some of it and shared it with others
without claiming he cooked it. If your friend can prove that he made the MML himself and
personally requests either the removal or credits for the song, I'm sure Yasuno wouldn't mind listening to your friend's request.
