Dear Players,
Mabinogi will have a scheduled maintenance on Monday, Oct. 5. During this time, the game will be unavailable. Maintenance is expected to begin at 6:00 AM Pacific (9:00 AM Eastern) and last approximately 3 hours.

Please note that the estimated length of time for each maintenance is subject to change without notification.

Pacific: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Eastern: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

But I thought partner can change appearance from the start just like normal character "OTL

It costs pon in KR so yes, it's not free. It's the same as normal character appearance change

Also, they are delaying content updates pretty hard and it means something.

We got the error strings for this ("You cannot change your partner's appearing in the shadow realm" and stuff) translated in the client over a year ago, so this is probably just one of the features they skipped from KR that they're going back to update us with.
