Ruairi is so dead, even the character is dead.

It's not that bad. There are random periods of time where parties get filled with "x is a scammer" and other sob stories that you can hear from them if you note them.

I didn't mean "dead" dead (if that makes any sense) but rather "kinda empty, compared to what I'm used to." But it's not necessarily a bad thing mind you. That was about Mabination. When it comes to Tarlach server... let's just say that having a raid boss killed here is a rather rare occurrence.
well said.

What do you mean no reason? They got the "NEW!" tag on their server for character creation for 5 years straight! Of course they're going to get all the new players over that time. Ever since it was removed, I've seen TONS more newbies around Tarlach.
still doesn't explain why alexina magically has more players on it now since my leave.
EDIT: didn't read carefully enough, i guess you are right, but still alexina is the most populated...

WTB> tags on Tarlach and Ruairi.
Also I'm literally the only active member of my guild so the only time I deal with anything guild-related is people laughing at the name "Furluminati".
And people asking to join, upon which I tell them I'm the only active person so they don't. An endless loop.

They need a feature for this. When a guild leader goes inactive for 3 months or longer, there should be a vote to assume command. Members can apply for the position, or vote for one who has. After a voting period, the winner is promoted to leader.

Guilds need lots of things, like an interface that doesn't smell like a highschool intern made it.
Also I'm actually the leader. I've considered joining a guild so I could come along on Alban runs and stuff, but...

I disagree, because some guilds function fine without a leader for some time. It would be disheartening for the leader if they went on vacation in another country for a few months only to find out they got booted. Officers should take on the role of organizing/taking care of the guild when the leader is gone. You don't
always need a leader in order to behave or carry on with activities. So many things can go wrong if there was a position voting option in a guild.

Then make it a year. The point is leaders DO disappear for many reasons, and the solution shouldn't be quitting and making a brand new guild.
