Has anyone seen this enchant before?

So I picked up this enchant on a water cylinder months ago, and I've been trying to find out more about where this enchant came from and if anyone else has seen such an enchant.

I can't find anything about it on the mabinogi wiki, nor will a quick google search with the proper keywords bring up anything.
I've also asked my friends, but none of them see to recognize it.

So, I'm asking here;
Has anyone seen such an enchant before, and if so where does it come from? o.o

Drops from Avon Theatre Mission (Guardian of Avon)

I find it interesting because according to this page, you can only enchant it on "Tower Cylinders".

As for the enchant, it could be like the "Incubus" enchant on the Thick Horns item.
Thick Horns is a headgear, but the incubus enchant is actually for weapons. Not sure why mabi does this.

Looks like the wiki has it listed as Refreshing, so it might be one of those enchants which had its name changed? Like how the Crow enchant used to be Raven for example.

Not so rare, I saw about 5 in one day on Alexina. But that's Alexina..
Honestly I don't know either, but things like fierce ribbons are annoying because devcat decides to make them unobtainable through reasonable means.. or at all.

The fresh enchant description says that its only for Tower Cylinder ... the burn probably came from another source than the Theater Mission

Refreshing came on Water Cylinders from the Mystery Box back in 2012.

Those boxes are long forgotten though, heheh.
