giant long-horned gnu spawning time

I used to hunt alot of giant long-horned gnus in the past but recently i've noticed that they don't spawn 12 hours after server maint anymore, did they change the spawn times?
Tried a couple of times, since i don't know when the server actually starts i usually afk the area 1 hr before or after the designated time. This always worked for me in the past but not anymore

It's always been 10~15 hours since the channel went up. You might need a server checker to find out when channel went up, since they go online long before login does.
