Glamour is a skill to put the appearance of one item on another. It can be obtained at level 50, and it has restrictions as in you cant glamour an item you couldnt wear on that class onto an item thats not the class of the glamour (i.e. putting a glamour of a black mage onto a white mage piece of gear is a no no).
