How should I deal with the bosses? My cp is about 850. I don't really wanna buy CP items, unless it's mandatory.
+If you have any other tips and tricks to share, that's be nice.

Run Their Method Adv, and try to wrangle up about two waves of Zombies with Firebolt and get them stuck on a tree or lamp post, and spam Stomp on them to get your Boss attacks out of the way, and run the SM normally while in a party consisting of only yourself with finish rule set to Anyone to Finish. This will allow you to use Stomp as a finisher and get your Boss kills done with that. And if you still have less than 900 CP when you finish your Boss training, switch to Their Method Int and do the same thing, except since the Zombies are now Awful, you'll get your Attack 3/4/5 Awful Enemies at Once requirement out of the way.

Hmm... Well I forgot to mention that I'm just starting to rank stomp soo I'll have like 140 more CP before I get to rank 3 :(

Well, in that case, if you have access to it, replace Adv with HM and Int with Adv then. If not, try to see if you can borrow a -CP Pirta from a friend, or hunt one while you train your Stomp in Karu. Will be a little harder, since you can't stick enemies as easily. Spider Karu isn't that hard, so you shouldn't have any problems running it if you have do the basic Smash > Defense > N+1 > Counter > Defense loop, assuming you don't kill the monsters in the first hit. You can even run with the Anyone to Finish rule to get an extra hit with your Stomp.

So what about some one who CP is above 1k and is below 1k total lvl? Though in my case I'm planning on getting to r3 by this rb and getting master on the next go around.

If you're above 1k CP while still being under 1k total, then after spamming Karu Spider for Difficult to go on a Pirta, go spam Karu Zombie for Damaging to go on Pirta Gloves. That is if you don't have a friend that can let you borrow an Abysmal Cooking Pot.
