[Minecraft] 1.8.9 Thaumcraft Based Server (Runeguardia Reborn)

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. [S]All right, once again I am starting a new minecraft server for those of you here interested. It is a whitelisted server and if you played on my previous server, well you are already whitelisted in case you wish to give this one a shot as well.

Server IP is - 158.85.69.136:26958

These are the following mods we are playing with now until a few others join the 1.8.9 scene. Most of this is experimental but if you like being on the bleeding edge of minecraft modding then join us and we'll have a blast I'm sure :point:

Optionally you have JEI (Just Enough Items) which I would highly recommend for easier time with recipes, it's a stripped down version of NEI but has the core functionality you'll want.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON BLOOD MAGIC: Please make sure you generate a single player world with the mods here before doing Blood Magic on the server. Seems some of the calls it makes in the code requires you to have a usernamecache.json. Creating a single player world will generate that file for you and prevent you from crashing when you get into it.

Okay link to mod/config is updated. Upgraded to Thaumcraft 5.1.3.

In regards to your request KingDP, I'm going to have to respectfully decline at this time. I'd like to only have people I know a little bit or have been around this site for awhile. That way I can know if you have a trustworthy character about you. Can't really gauge anything about you from a single one line post requesting I add you to my server.

Sure not at all, you have been added. Also did a Blood Magic update which fixes the crash that was happening from attempting to fill blood altar with blood >.>

Okay sadly, because Tinker's Construct is super buggy and keeps causing the server to crash everytime someone so much as blocks with a weapon. I've removed it and all TC will be removed from your inventories upon login. I've also added a graveyard mod to hopefully make death a little less painful. I haven't tested the graveyard mod so I would recommend testing it before recklessly throwing yourself into death's deadly maw.

I've also updated the forge so be sure to grab the new forge I put a link to. It fixes a lot of forge issues that exist evidently. Namely LAN problems and growing spruce tree problems. As usual, mods link is updated in the OP.

Well unfortunately due to dropping interest, going to be stopping the server once my billing period runs out. Think the removing of mods and trying to fix them may have caused problems. I will revisit this in a few months when my interest in other games drop.
