Dye (& Item) Color Generation Chances

  I made a tool to calculate the chances of getting a specific color on item generation.

  This tells you three things.
  1 - The chance for an item to be generated with that color (NPC shops, monster drops, events).
  2 - The chance of synthing a dye with that color (for the cloth palette).
  3 - If that color exists on the selected palette at all.
