so ill post this here as well, hopefully it helps people!

OK so I'm feeling super generous so imma explain this as best as I can, best way to learn this is to just follow my example!
The spreadsheet was gotten from a guy on the forums named Erwing, however you can use your own or someone else's as long as its right.

1: talk to Shuan to find what to say next to the person your trying to get
2: open this https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xc5Nk6swRiN8BreBN2_BRL6WOLjEtplq_MIM7ic8-Us/pubhtml?nxid=10
3: starting from one go up the list to find what number your on

for example if your trying for Elsie and Shuan says you need to say playing then your most likely on number 2 in the order.
so your next talk path will be playing - fashion - dating

IF YOUR SECOND CHOICE FAILS!!!
then you are farther up the list, the list doesn't go up unless you succeed and I don't think failing decreases it, so just find the next number with the word and try the one after that.
for example using the previous example, if fashion fail then find the next number with playing which is #6, and try the one after, #7. if that fails find the next playing (#9, and try #10).

Once you have your place in the order just follow it, sometimes a special convo will start I think it takes the place of the number your on. so if it popped up instead of #7, your next choice would be #8 not #7!

Don't really have any 'best' squires since you can just train them for stats... none of the squires matter until you want to do the special mission (unlocked at level 5 likeability at 90%) that get you a specific material used for making divine weapons... but even so... your squire would need 450 in ALL stats in order to have 95% success rate.

For me personally... I just went with the squires in term of how they look and their personality.

Frankly if you really want the divine tribolt wand like I do. Gotta pick Logan. Actually the stuff I really care about is all from the male squads so all male squad it is for me.

Personality goes to the sideline the moment that Tribolt wand comes into play. As a mage that wand is a MUST have. The Celtic Tribolt is nice and all but it's inter magic restriction kills utility for me so instead of having an instrument or 2 1handers equipped as secondary, I have to have a staff if I want to be able to quickly get off any inter magic. No bueno.

does it restart from 1? Or... Is that only the first chart?

Yes, it restarts from 1. I'm on my 2nd sequence for all of them except Dai. That's mostly cause I keep sending Dai away.

The level up stats are totally unrelated to which squires you have at any given moment; the specialty listed just means that squire gains more of that stat through the training menu; don't pick Logan only because you think he'll end up granting you more dex.

Thanks for the timely reply! Saved me some headache. The yandere enigma that is Elsie will confound me no longer.
