  Yes they are all dyeable!
  almost everythign is becoming dyeable nowadays... even the new weapons Dragontooth(the sword in the first img), glory sword, blonze mirror blade are all dyeable!

  They are the best for Alchemists!!!
  With the proper inchants and a full set it even surpasses the RA suit!! 8D

  They are all found in the game ( On our KR server you can find them in hard-mode dungeons )
  But they all have the drop of the Goggles!
  THEY JUST WON'T COME OUT!!!!
  
  EDIT : almost forgot, KR server held an event recently and we managed to get quite a number of the new G13 items thru it!
