Hmm, if it counts when you put a character from the same account in you could make a guild for alts and have the title "the Alt".

Has anyone had any trouble getting their titles to work? I made a new guild and it let me pick a title for my peeps, but I can't like...select it in the title list.

Titles wont be available to use until after the maintenance on the 22nd.

They had better have a maintenance before that to INCREASE THE CHARACTERS YOU CAN HAVE.

I was having that issue too, i'm going to be investigating it here after i upgrade my alt guild again.

Are the alts on the same accounts as characters in the guild?

Yes, as it says on the Wiki, you have to actually INVITE the members to your guild.
