Is there a way to find the color code for a piece of equipment based off of a section of the picture when it is in your inventory? For instance, I have red succubus boots... is there a part of the picture I can use that doesn't have any shading, that I can color sample to get the exact color I would need to dye other stuff with? That would probably be pretty hard since it is metallic, but what about generic cloth items? I use an old program called dyelite to help me with regular dye ampoules so I can better my chances, so I can sample colors, get the HEX code, or type in the RGB values.
If not, this would be an amazing project to document!

When the mod for color is not available I use this ->
http://mabinoger.com/housing.htm
You can get the colors on the items by throwing it up at housing and searching for it there

Due to the way Mabi shades things, you can't get the exact color. I've tried making images with neutral greys but it's always tinted off one way or another.
You can use mods or packet logging to find the exact codes if you're willing.

This is probably your best bet if you don't want to or can't mod. If you don't own a house, try asking your friends or guild members if they can list it for you temporarily.
