It seems like most of the websites for weather prediction dont work (because of loading issues or displaying issues) but the one that the wiki says works is extremely inaccurate or is probably off. Im having a really hard time figuring it out. Can someone tell me how that one works?

You're right, it does seem off. :S I just added the internal widget to that page, though, been meaning to do that. Should be fully accurate.
