Do Bard Skills (Music) add to your Characters CP?

I am curious if such life skills add to your characters CP or not? I am in the middle of training up my WM skill, but I would very much like to take a break and learn some music skills just to give myself a bit of a breather. Thank you in Advance :)

Music skills don't give much CP (both stat and skill CP) and Windmill is easy enough to not worry about CP reqs too much now.
