How do you open a personal shop?

The brownie thing isn't the license itself, you'll need to buy the white license from the bank owner as well and use that first to start opening the shop. You set prices on items, choose the name of the shop and such, then open it. After that, you use the brownie contract to summon a brownie to watch your shop for you so you can move away while it's open.
