I will be able to translate Miletian's Secret Shop, but I won't be here for 12th Anniversay Festival translation.

Would really like to know more about the feather of festia and the festia ranking wings. As I believe rydian had come out with the modifiers of what stacks for move speed and those two items ended up stacking

I.e Wave sweeper S or move speed 5 reforge would stack with shield of trust boost, fallen fairy boost, festia feather, wings of festia. Any stackable move speed I need in my life so I'd love any info on it. Assuming those items come from this event <3
