What are all the skills I need for this talent please? I know that I need the gun skills, obviously, but that are the other skills that I need for this talent? I know I need Critical, Combat Mastery, but what about Smash, Assault SLash ect?

Gun damage is calculated from character's strength and intelligence, so you may want to focus on increasing those stats. Musical Knowledge and Composing are great for easy int, other than that the whole Magic tab and some life skills will be waiting for you. Str comes mainly from Close Combat and Ninja skillsets. When in doubt, use
THIS page as your guide.
And if you're asking which skills to USE along dual gun ones, Windmill and Counter are useful in combination with pretty much anything.
Also, we have Lullaby (with Song at rank 5) and Crisis Escape - these two are universally useful as long as you're not one-shotting entire rooms.

Dual Gun is unlike most other skills, in that it gives little to none of the stat that makes up your damage. So it'll remain weak unless you invest heavily into other talents to get lots of STR/INT as well.
For example Dual Gun gives a total of 23 STR if you rank all skills up to max.
Whereas Combat Mastery along gives 42 STR, Windmill gives 30 by itself, etc.
Same deal with Int too, Dual Gun gives pitiful damage stats, you won't see large improvements unless you work a lot on other talents.

Guns are not beginner-friendly with stats. As the others have said, you want to be already heavily invested in STR and INT before starting guns.
Int comes from the magic and holy arts talent bonus, and most skills within them, as well as some life and music.
Composing and music knowledge are huge, and potion making, while difficult to rank, costs almost no AP for a decent amount of int. It's also definitely worth ranking your basic bolt spells, healing, party healing, magic mastery, fireball, mushroom gathering, herbalism, and wine making.
Str comes from close combat, lance, and ninja talents.
Skills to look out for would be combat mastery, carpentry, mining, shuriken mastery, sakura abyss, windmill, dischord, stomp and taunt for giants, explosive kunai, smokescreen, FH for humans, lance mastery, and transformation mastery (at certain levels as you unlock more transformations you will get quests that reward permanent STR and health in addition to the skill's normal amounts).
As for what you actually use with them, just the basics really. Defense, counter, windmill, BFO, crisis escape, general stuff that you should probably already have on your F1-F12 bar because of how widely applicable it is across talents.
