- Daily
Power-Level! (Raise your level by 50.)
Remember that we get daily rebirths for now so you can possibly do this each day you get it. Various Taillteann shadow missions are quick to run for the experience, like Battle for Taillteann II, or may be safe options like Dorren's Request. There's also ancient hunting in Scathatch or Iria.
Dreaming of Weaving Mastery (Use the Weaving skill 30 times.)
Unless you have a sheep and various gathering upgrades, it's quickest to pick up 150 cobwebs from spiders in Tir's graveyard. Then go to the spinning wheel outside the Tir general store and try to make 30 thin thread balls. It needs attempts, not successes, so low a success rate will allow you to do it with less materials (as you can get a refund on failure but not on success).
Never Do Tomorrow What You Can Do Today (Clear today's mission once.)
I assume this means to complete one of the daily shadow missions. There's one for Tara and one for Taillteann each day, and they'll be listed first on the board.
Dreaming of Metallurgy Mastery (Use the Metallurgy skill 30 times.)
You only need attempts, so you can stand on the same spot and try over and over, even if you're not standing on sparkles.
- Weekly
A Solid Investment (Upgrade An Item 5 Times)
Grab a Dagger and get 25 proficiency on it. You can do 5 upgrades of 5 prof each costing 500 gold each at Edern. Anybody know something that needs less prof?
Well-Armed Wanderer (Upgrade a weapon 3 times.)
Either bugged, or needs special upgrade attempts.
Proficient Field Boss Hunter (Defeat 3 field bosses.)
[S]Try for the Dugald/Dunbarton ones that involve multiple entities like the Black Raccoon Family if you're not OP. You can kill random monsters in the area until you get a Fomor Command Scroll, use it to see when the next field boss will spawn. They'll spawn anyways, the scroll just gives everybody a heads-up at the top of the screen. This might invite competition though.[/S] Black Leopards in Raspa count.

I haven't tried it yet, but Well-Armed Wanderer supposedly wants you to succeed on 3 special upgrades rather than regular upgrades.
Also, has anyone tried the black leopards yet for the field boss hunter quest? They spawn 15 at a time daily in game time.

For levelling purposes, Saga is very good. Episodes 7 and 10 are the shortest which covers us from Thursday to Sunday. One episode with bonus gives ~45 levels if you're starting fresh.
As for weapon upgrades, Gathering Knives [S]also need 25 prof[/S] but are cheaper than daggers so there's that.
No, wait a sec. They have an upgrade costing 5 gold but only 1 proficiency.

Well-Armed Adventurer requires special upgrade successes. I had it and tried to upgrade a bow to no avail.
Used a few red stones on my gloomy and they counted. Quite an expensive requirement for newer players...

Doesnt anyone know what to do when you get 'level up any one smithing/tailoring/etc skill'? but you already have that particular skill at r1?

There isn't anything you can do really, unless you happen to come across a skill reset from the premium daily bonus - people sometimes sell full resets but it isn't worth paying 2m just to reset your skills for a point quest.

Yeah, the reroll quest button seems broken, which sucks when it gives me a talent I already have maxed (or one I don't want to spend AP on)

for the dungeon run missions ( the weekly one where you run 5 dungeons + the monthly one where you run 20 ), you can drop 1 gold on Alby's altar, finish the dungeon, and then drop another 1 piece of gold. you'll be put into the dungeon you just cleared, without any enemies & bosses to fight! credits to @ mabiBOBO at youtube for finding out this trick. Got "kill 1000 skeletons" as a weekly? Go to Albey Red.

Okay yeah screw the formatting. Rerolls seem to work since the last restart, at least for me.
For Imps, do Barri normal, I get about 18 per run.
For Ogres, Barri Normal again, there's 5 of them as the boss.
For Golems, use The Other Alchemists in Tara on Basic, they have low HP (for Golems).
Cave Sahagins show up in the witch's cave normally, you don't need to be in a Lord mission.
Daily missions are to rank up a skill (and it says skill), weekly missions are to rank up a talent (and it doesn't say skill).

For golems, wouldn't Ceo Island be easier than shadow missions?

The ones from the Shadow Mission are more newbie friendly, the ones from Ceo island are for more advanced players that can both take the golems down easily and survive.

Alternatively for Ogres you can hunt the one that appears in Gairech. It will usually respawn at least once after you kill it and then you can cc and repeat. It beats running the entire dungeon a couple times in my opinion.

For upgrades, couldn't you be reeeeeally lazy and shear a sheep with a gathering knife until it gets to 5 prof then do the 1 prof upgrades, lol.
Or does it have to be a legitimate weapon.
But anyways, what is a good place to do the 1000 Animal enemies.
