Cheapest thing to feed Female Sword Ego for STR?

There was a really old and outdated exp chart on the wiki page (which I can't find anymore). I'm not 100% certain, but most economical thing might be sandals (cost 900g) and allows your to feed a large amount if you let your ego enter unhappy stage 3-4 (when the stats on the weapon decreases).
