Mabinogi Housing Help

  I recently got VIP and I've purchased a house in Abb Neagh, and I've actually been doing quite well! But the house space is limited and I'm not sure what the limit on gold storage is for the house.
  
  I was browsing through some houses today when I noticed that some houses have three pages of storage, while I seem to only have one 7x6 page.

  Am I missing some house upgrade or something? The house was really cheap with a starting bid at 30k, so if it's not upgrades, I'm guessing I'm in a lower level house.
  
  tldr; how do I get more housing space?

  They have the same space you do. All items take up 1 housing cell for sale, even if the items are larger in an inventory. You can have 48 items, regardless of size. If you have 48 1x1 items they'll show up on one page, otherwise with 48 2x4 items they'll take up multiple pages when displayed to the user.
