Loose-fit Knitwear w/ Stockings glitch?

it happens on my friend's screen too & it doesn't glitch as much when I zoom in. I think the location affects it because I noticed that it doesn't glitch when I'm at shyllien but glitches when I'm at Tara.

There isn't really anything you can do its just your graphics card, but before you worry nothing is wrong with it.

There might be something she can do if her graphics driver is currently set to try to inject its own tessellation settings? Maybe? Not 100% on this.
