  could you be a little more specific on the production quality part? is it like a consistent range of higher quality (e.g. average of 2max higher with title on or some bull crap)?
  
  it's a shame that you cant find it though :gloom3: i'd really like to see it before thinking about mastering any life skills.

  By the testing I did and taking from the testing of the KR thread, Mastery increases the minimum(across all items) from 15% to 20%, and the average goes from ~60% to 65/70%.
  
  it makes it likelier but we all pretty much agreed its RNG and if lady luck has scorned you this wont help.
