Math behind Avenger vs Allegro

  in my opinion tho, allegro might be better cuz according to wiki,
  
  avenger:
  +20 Str while Potion Poisoned
  +12 Max Damage
  -20% Balance while Poisoned
  +10% Critical while Deadly
  
  while allegro:
  +15 HP if Lullaby Rank 5+
  +20 Stamina
  +8 Max Damage
  +3 Music Buff Effect if Playing Instrument Rank 4+

  Sorry i should be gave more details. I meant is allegro worth getting over avenger accs? lets assume its for closed combat so allegro sonnect would be 12 dmg and oblivion avenger would be 22 dmg. If we factor in BFO. Would allegro be better overall ?

  EDIT: forgot to add that 3 music buff is 3% of your buff. so if i remember correctly, if you buff 20% with battlefield overtune, it'd only be 3% of 20, making it 20.6%. i'm not sure if it scales with the playing instrument effect reforge but now that i think about it, oblivion avenger does sound more appealing for max dmg. i guess we'll wait until someone can figure that out.

  If you're buffing then your choice is very obvious
  If you're in a party and someone is buffing just throw on avengers
  If you're solo then switch to allegro if you want to maximize your buff potential then switch back
  If you don't want to switch around then stick with avengers, oblivion avenger with reforge is 28 max vs allegro swarming with reforge at 18. And that's assuming you went for max dmg reforge on the allegro, usually people get music buff normal/excellent on it.
  
  10 to 16 max damage is pretty hard to beat, even if you get normal play lv3 reforge on 2 allegros you'd still only get about ~4-5% bfo normal increase (not actual numbers just estimate from what I use)
  For a very rough example, say you have a 45% normal with allegros and 40% normal with avengers and your base is 1k
  Allegro = 1000+24)*1.45=1484.8
  Avenger = 1000+56)*1.4=1478.4
  That's when you'll start getting better results using allegros, you'd need a 20/10 gloomy+normal lv3 on 2 allegros+all the other buff effect enchants AND you'd have to be able to get a 1k base without accessories. If you don't have the 1k base then avenger is going to be the better choice most if not all the time.

  For your own uses, Oblivion Avenger accs will net you more max damage in all stages, and this is accounting for all the BFO differences provided by the accs. Even at 1.2k (which is a damage only attainable by control bars so not that relevant, or with guns, which is a bit more relevant) max unbuffed, Oblivion Avenger accs beat out the Allegro Swarming accs slightly (not accounting for MK performance effect reforges)
  
  Now there are scenarios where you will use Allegro accs over the Avenger. One instance is where if you're using full out max damage gear with your Avengers (which is my case). If you're using Solo on your gloves/shoes for that Avengers will still beat out by tiny margin, but if you're using Burlesque instead of Solo, then Allegro accs will be better. I use Avenger accs with my Languhiris set, which will have less music effect added because I don't have Chorus or Encore on headgear and body, but I use Allegro on with my Bohemian set, which has Chorus on hat and Encore on body.
  
  Basically the math depends on what other gears you wear.
  
  And btw, Oblivion Avenger acc is 22 max, not 24.
