How many slots does one get?
As a Regular, non Premium User i seem to have 6 Slots

How exactly are slots used.
For selling confirmed i have no idea how i buy things xD

Are Slots used up fully for something?
Till now i didn't sell anything

Therefore it's something Nexon Korea Seems to try force people into.

According to Wikipedia, one of the things OTP can stand for it One-Time Password.
All things i find on the Nexon Korea Website regarding OTP seem to be about having problems getting something on their Mobile Phones.

So yeah, guessing it's a Two-Factor Authentification thing / Account Security.

It's definitely one-time password. Probably from a mobile authenticator app (I doubt Nexon would sell hardware tokens but it's Korea so who knows?). I actually thought that was pretty obvious by the way you had written it.
