fuck my "friend"

  got this about 2 days after i secretly unadded them from everything
  
  on another note, notes need a block function or the very least a report feature
  
  i would gladly post their steam ID/ character names so you could blacklist if you wanted if it didn't result in getting this thread closed

  I'm assuming that this is the same guy who stole your fierce ribbon and ran off with it? It doesn't matter if you were a "shitty" friend to them or not. Someone with common courtesy would have returned an item that did not belong to them. I'm sorry that this happened to you. That's really petty of him/her but I think you should take this as a lesson and learn not to "lend" items.
  
  Just delete, blacklist, and ignore their notes. On the positive side, you got rid of a toxic "friend" from your life. Just tell yourself you wouldn't want a friend like that around and you'll be thankful he/she walked out your life.

  Back to topic, tough luck dude, sadly there is no way to know how people truthfully are since some people like to hide that part of themselves until whatever (excuse) reason enables them to just backstab others, other people just change to be like that for whatever (excuse) reason, just report, check frecuently if Nexon decides to do something and move on with your life.

  You said they stole from you, so... doesn't that mean that they scammed you? there must be some rule that forbids and those messages are proof that it actually happened.
