Mabinogi on 144Hz

Did anyone try Mabinogi on 144Hz. If so did you run into any problem with it?

It seems like whenever my character moves, the texture changes very slightly. I'm not sure if this is screen tearing or G-sync problem. Nvidia frame counter says 140Hz so I'm sure mabi is actually running above 60fps.

I am us ing Dell 27" S2716DGR monitor
