News: deviantART Muro: It's Time to Draw!
Basically it's a watered down Photoshop.
Convenient to use when you can't use Photoshop and it has enough basic functions to draw things that are not too in detail.
Can't change canvas size, crop, move, or use custom brushes.
There's only 7 standard brushes and more brushes that have to be bought from deviantART (don't know what they are though).

Paint.NET is a better tool than this. And it's FREE. Though if you've got a Wacom tablet lying around and don't have photoshop, I guess it's a decent substitute.
